McKie Ford Tilt-up Concrete

In this project CCI took on a construction type that we had not performed in the past. The work we provided for the project was the on-site casting of insulated concrete wall panels to be used in the construction of a state of the art auto dealership and service center. The schedule for this project required that we work through the heart of the winter to ensure that the project stayed on schedule. In order to safely cast the wall panels during the winter months, PEX tubing was cast into the host slabs where the wall panels were formed and poured to allow CCI to utilize its own custom built hot water heating units in keeping the temperatures at a correct level to ensure the wall panels were structurally sound as well as visually correct.
