In this project CCI performed much of the initial demolition, and all of the interior framing work on a project that renovated a 1930’s era building in downtown Rapid City. The building was re-purposed from an office building with dwindling occupancy into a new vibrant downtown apartment building. Some of the key features CCI was involved in producing were the structural framing of balconies for the second story apartments which offer outside living space for the future tenants, and the installation of all of the rough framing for the rental units.
