2013-2014 RC Regional Airport

Included in the project was the reconstruction of 15” PCCP Blast Pad located at the end of the runway, full depth panel replacement on the runway and replacement of the aprons connecting the taxiway to the runway. All full depth panel repair & apron connections where completed at night between the hours of 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM while under runway closure (runway would reopen at 5:30 AM daily). This created quite a challenge to complete the necessary work in an extremely limited time frame. Good communication, planning & execution where vital in having a successful project with no airport delays.
